
Dot distribution maps illustrate a given attribute by representing density by a point or a dot. A single dot correlates to a specific number of a given attribute. In the pictoral, the number of farms across the United States is represented by 200 farms per dot or point.
The map shows some of the groundwork laid by the Nazis to convince the German public opinion that it was the Czechoslovak side that was responsible for the ‘threat’, indicating that the range of Czechoslovak bomber planes include most of Germany’s territory. It’s subtitled: “Ein Kleinstaat bedroht Deutschland” (’A small state threatens Germany’).
